Out of high standard and strict requirements for the quality, HollyCon build a Class D clean production workshop that meets GMP requirements. The cap that come into direct contact with TCM granules is produced in the workshop, and it is qualified for medicinal use.

The manufacturing of HollyCon is divided into several processes such as manufacturing, assembly, self-inspection, mutual testing etc. We built up an electrical and mechanical integrated manufacturing platform applied for multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing by overall control of modular production of the components and assembly and commissioning of the machinery.

The manufacturing management adopts a scientific information management mode, utilizing an advanced enterprise manufacturing resource management system. The manufacturing personnel strictly follows the procedures, drawings, processes and standards, and adopts strict control methods to key procedures.
