The project has turned the workshop into a benchmark factory of "two integration" and comprehensively improved the manufacturing level. By realizing interconnection between systems and correlation analysis between data, it has solved the problems of data silos between systems such as equipment operation data, electronic supervision code, online quality monitoring, energy management, MES system, WCS system, video, etc.A visualization center has been established to realize transparent management of the whole process data such as production process, production status, energy consumption and logistics. The project has passed GMP certification to ensure that the whole production process continues to meet statutory requirements.
