Promote Lean and show skills丨HollyCon successfully held a production skills

In order to enhance the skills of production staffs, HollyCon strengthens the quality awareness, further implements the talent development strategy of building skilled and skilled craftsmen, improves the professional theoretical and practical skills of the workforce, actively promotes the "craftsman" spirit and the corporate policy of excellence, and creates a team culture of "compare, learn, catch up, help and surpass". The team culture includes "compare, learn, catch up, help and surpass" . Under the strong support of the company Labor Union, HollyCon carried out the first "production skill evaluation activity" in the manufacturing department, including three activities of competitive post operation expert, monthly staff improvement star and monthly 6S excellent team.

The "Competitive Post Operators" aims to provide a platform to show the skills, discover excellent skills, set up an example to create an atmosphere of "catching up, learning and surpassing", and then improve the skills of all staff.

Competition Picture

The core skill of this competition is bottle cap assembling, and there were 7 people participated. This competition was held in the first floor clean workshop, and the form of "the same time, more assemblies are better" was adopted to encourage everyone to overcome the tension and improve the assembly efficiency.

The purpose of the this competition is to encourage front-line employees to identify realistic waste and operations that do not add value, and to encourage employees to find sustainable improvements in their work and actively participate in the improvement measures by PPT presentation and on-site implementation. A total of 10 people participated in the competition, and Zhang Yong and Liu Pengde from the manufacturing department won the first and second place respectively.

The evaluation of "Monthly 6S Excellent Team" aims to improve employees' perceptual literacy and 6S improvement awareness, and enhance team cohesion and execution. This 6S excellent team selection adopts a combination of 6S standardization schematic and on-site implementation evaluation to encourage everyone to develop good habits of daily 6S maintenance. A total of 10 people participated in the competition. After an intense and serious competition, the Line Making group won the first place under the leadership of group leader Yang Yi.
